Overnight Oats are amazing! Need something quick and delicious, overnight oats are a great solution!

You make them at night and come in the morning, they are ready to eat! There are so many different receipts that you can choose from, you can’t go wrong with finding one that you like.

What ingredients do you use?

You can make up your own by using whatever ingredients you want but you will always need Oats and liquid.

How to make Overnight Oats

Add about 1/2 cup of oats into your jar.

Add about 1/2 cup of liquid. You can use milk, water or even yogurt.

Add the rest of your ingredients, spices and liquid and mix it all together.

Close the lid and add to the fridge to soak overnight.
